A Mixed Bag Near the Airport

After a long journey, the check-in process left much to be desired—long waits and confusing shuttle directions. Nonetheless, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight too! If you need a quick stopover, it works, just be prepared for some navigating challenges.

Long waiting times for check-in could be improved!!! It’s frustrating to deal with unclear billing and unexpected charges during checkout!!! Limited dining options in the surrounding area were also disappointing!!!

I loved the breakfast variety. fresh pastries and different juices made mornings pleasant. The staff stood out. they were friendly and genuinely helpful, making my stay easier. However, I faced frustratingly long wait times at check-in, which seemed inefficient. The air conditioning in my room didn't work properly, making it uncomfortably warm at times. Also, the TV channels mostly aired in German. I missed having more variety. These issues detracted from an otherwise nice experience.

We enjoyed our one-night stay in a clean, comfortable room. The free shuttle service would have been a plus if we'd known. Happy hour at the bar was a nice touch, but the outdated bathroom could use some TLC. Ask about the shuttle to save on taxi fares!

Just a top selection for an overnight stop in Frankfurt am Main with great value for money. The shower was refreshing despite the slow drain issue. Consider taking a taxi to the airport instead of waiting for the shuttle.
